Graphic Designer
Essential Job functions:

Must have experience in print magazine design and file preparation
- Assist the company with the planning, executing, and creation of all
custom publishing projects, including page design/layout, eBlasts, social
media, and content marketing as required - Conceptualize and create designs aligned with the company’s branding
and voice - Client liaison when necessary
- Independently manage work schedule based on provided deadlines
- Create and design material for various marketing channels
- Manage relationships with external vendors, such as printers, if required,
to ensure high-quality and timely execution of all initiatives - Continually prioritize workload with minimal supervision to manage
multiple projects
Knowledge & Skills Required
- Associate’s degree in graphic design, or a related field
- 1 – 3 years of experience in graphic design
- Understanding of marketing concepts and design principles
- Proficiency with Adobe’s suite of products, including Photoshop, InDesign
and Illustrator - Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention
to detail - Customer service and relations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- High level of creative thinking and adaptability
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong presentation skills
- Ability to constantly prioritize with minimal supervision
- Ability to truly multi-task
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft suite, email, etc.
- Knowledge of print and online media preferred
- Strong negotiation and consultative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A firm grasp of various design platforms, channels, and best practices,
including social, digital, and email marketing - Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward,
prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines - Occasional travel may be required
- Reports to VP, Custom Publishing
